My journey in photography began when my grandad gave me my first camera at a young age. At the time I didn’t understand light, composition or image editing, but it gave me a glance at photography. Since then, I began learning everything I could about camera equipment and lighting so I could capture everyday moments in time as well as bring my own imagination to life.
I’ve always been creatively inclined so I originally studied Graphic Design in college. At the time it seemed like the right career path for me. However, I soon realised this wasn’t the case. I fell out of love with Graphic Design and picked the camera up again after several years. It was like a switch clicked. This is what I wanted to do.
They say if you have a job that you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. For me, that job is photography.
My biggest aspiration is to travel the globe indulging in different cultures and beautiful scenery. I’ve always had a desire to explore Macau in China, travel around Japan and take a trip around North America and Canada.
